How to face an interview

    As usual we had very important ppd session on this week as well. It was very important for our career life. We learnt how to face an interview in a proper manner. Sarasi madam explained us very important facts one by one.

    When we are selected to an interview, at first, we need to know about the company that we are going to the interview. Then we have to research about the relevant company. It is very useful in the interview.
    Then we have to prepare for common questions that the interviewers may ask firstly. And we need to prepare our own questions as well. We should have a clear idea about the questions we can ask, whether they are to ask or not.

    During the interview, we should mention and describe our strengths and build a good image about us in the presence of the interviewers. As well as we need to justify ,why I am the most suitable one for the job.
    Before going to the interview, it is good to practice with a friend, then we can have a little bit confidence to face the interview. We need to prepare our certificates properly as well before going to the interview. When preparing our certificates, latest qualifications should be on the top.

    In the interview, our outer appearance is a very important thing. It's about the neatness. we need to dress properly for the interview. Comb hair properly, and if a boy, shave properly. Another important thing is, when we are going to the interview, it is good to arrive the place before 10 minutes. Then we can prepare for the interview without any stress.
    We should shake hands confidentially with interviewers at the beginning and the end. In the interview we should introduce ourselves and we shouldn't share too much personal details. At the end we need to thank interviewers as well.

building stories

    On last week, in our ppd session we had very interesting session. We had two games. One of them was making paper rockets and the other was building a story.

   This was very interesting game as well. In this game we had to prepare a story a story with all group members together. At first, we were divided to three groups. Then we had to go infront one by one and write a one word for each one and then build a story. As well as we had to build the story with good ending, It was a very nice team work.

Rocket making

    We had another interesting ppd session on last week. We had very interesting game to make paper rockets.
    We were divided to two groups and given 6 A4 papers per group. We had to make a maximum number of rockets using given papers. One group made 29 rockets and the other group made 36 rockets. One group couldn't use all the papers within the given time period, because they made very small rockets.

 

    By the way we had to think about a lot of factors in making those rockets, because at the end we had to fly those rockets in between two places about 4fts distance which Sarasi madam marked. So we had to think about the weight of the rocket as well.

    At the end of the given time we had to fly those. Therefore two members on each group are selected. Then flied those rockets which made from relevant group. One group flied 18 rockets out of their 29 planes. and the other group flied 24 planes out of their 36 rockets.

    In this game we learnt how to work in a group and end a task in a given time period with given resources. .
